Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. Please refer to the policy below for more details.
Our store allows for the return or exchange of products under the following three conditions:
First: Returns
- You can return the product within 7 days of purchase provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
- The customer bears the shipping fees for the product both ways.
- The amount will be refunded to the customer after the product reaches us and its condition is verified, then the amount will be transferred to your account after deducting the shipping fees.
Second: Exchange
- You can exchange the product within 14 days of purchase provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
- The customer bears the shipping fees for the product both ways.
- When exchanging a product for another one, the price difference between the previous product and the new product, as well as the shipping fees, will be transferred.
Third: Replacement/Return of a Product with a Manufacturing Defect
- Trust Gulf Store bears the shipping fees in case there is a problem or a manufacturing defect with any of the products, you can return the product with all its accessories.
- The returned product will be inspected, and the process of inspection and resending it to the customer will take 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Fourth: Warranty
- It is necessary to refer to the specified warranty period for each product.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or a problem with the product, it will be repaired, and if repair is not possible, it will be replaced or a full refund will be issued.
- The order number is required to avail the warranty benefits.
